Mermaid Parties & booking info.

Looking for a unique birthday or party experience for a loved one? 

Please choose from several  packages available for indoor/outdoor Pool Parties. Hooray! Take a peek here and please send an inquiry to mermaidavalon1@gmail.com to further discuss pricing for your event. In short, I will work with you to determine a price that will work for your situation.

While birthday parties are Avalon's most booked event, pool parties for any reason at all are *fintastic!*

A) 60 minute Swim With a Mermaid! Splish-splash with a real mermaid, as she shares stories, sings songs, and answers questions about aquatic life! Includes use of an underwater camera. All images will  be sent to you digitally within 1 week of the party.

B) 60 minutes on land with Mermaid Avalon! Perfect for parties without a pool deep enough for swimming or no pool at all! Kiddie style pools are always a hit, but water is not necessary for a mermaid party! Avalon will interact with all of the children by way of question and answer, song, and your choice of a marine conservation puppet story or a Sea Fairy Puppet story (more suitable for children under 8).

 

C) 90 Minute Combination Swim Package! Why chose just one thing? 60 minutes of swimming with a mermaid, followed by 30 minutes on land face painting *or* puppetry/storytelling. 

At no extra charge, for parties under 25 people, Avalon will bring seashell gifts for everyone.

Party Add ons:

*Avalon's Treasure Bags!  Sea Inspired and handmade goody bags....each bag contains homemade chocolate seashells (nut free), a magic shell necklace, a shark's tooth, mermaid stones, and 2 tropical themed temporary tattoos.   $2.75 each

*Add extra time to your on land or pool party....please denote during your initial contact to discuss pricing.

General booking information:

After initial contact has been made, further contact can be via telephone or email.

*If you are booking a swimming party and using a community/local or indoor pool (or lake) which is not yours, you must contact the facility to ensure that "a swimming mermaid" is permitted to be one of your guests. Mermaid Avalon is well known in the Lehigh Valley Area, but is not affiliated or subcontracted out through any organization or business. Mermaid Avalon's fees are *in addition* to any party booking/rental costs you will incur. In short, you must provide the location and check to make sure that I am permitted to attend.


*Since Mermaid Avalon does not have legs, she may require some assistance while moving out of water. She currently uses a small, low rolling bench which is pushed from behind. An assistant for Avalon is usually present, schedule permitting. If the assistant is unavailable, she'll need help from one or two adults or older children to push the cart:)

*Mermaid Avalon is willing and able to travel for party destinations. Please find travel abilities below. If you are situated past these locations, small additional travel fees may apply:

*Payment in full  for your event is due on the day it takes place or before. Payment may be remitted via paypal, check, or cash.
